Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Stopgap, a leader in the aged care sector. This role will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives forward and contributing to the success of our Residential Care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule engaging content to build brand awareness across social platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and objectives.
  • Assist in creating and refining content for both internal and external audiences, using tools like Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Act as the main liaison for vendors, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials, ads, and campaigns.
  • Oversee and update the marketing calendar, track project timelines, and coordinate publication schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Handle internal and external briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, aligned with strategy, and executed to high standards.
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for people-centred, meaningful communications. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Video editing skills to support all aspects of content creation and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, essential for maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a supportive team and contributing positively to the company culture.
  • Must be happy to work full time in the office.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Marketing Coordinator at Stopgap, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
