Clinical Therapeutic Service Manager

This role is for a Senior Clinician who will lead and manage a team to provide high-quality therapeutic services to carers, family members, supports and kin. The ideal candidate will have experience in trauma-informed care and a strong leadership style that aligns with the organization's values.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a small team of clinicians to ensure effective delivery of therapeutic services.
- Develop and implement new programs to improve outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to intensive therapeutic services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to their team, as well as contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs.
Requirements- Bachelor or higher qualification in a health or welfare-related field.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in a clinical setting.
