Senior Manager of Therapeutic Services

Our organization is seeking a Clinical Senior Manager to lead our Therapeutic Specialists Program. This program aims to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to Residential Care homes across Victoria, using the Teaching Family Model (TFM) and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI). The Clinical Senior Manager will be responsible for managing practice development, including contract monitoring, strategic management, performance, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing program administration, including clinical measures, data collection, and quality assurance. They will also possess strong consultation skills and ability to deliver high-quality clinical expertise in assessments and interventions. Leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management are essential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic services. You will be responsible for leading coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management, aligned with our supervision model.
