Clinical Psychologist

The ORS Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join their Positive Behaviour Support division. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of individualised behaviour support plans for clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop behaviour support plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client services
- Provide training and support to staff on Positive Behaviour Support principles and strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
- NDIS Registration as a behaviour practitioner or ability to become registered
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
