About the Role

The Mental Health Clinician is a key position within our LikeMind service, providing brief and ongoing interventions to individuals aged 18-65 years. This role involves developing collaborative individual care plans, working autonomously and collaboratively with other clinicians, and participating in clinical review and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, comprehensive assessment, and care planning
  • Participate in clinical review and quality assurance processes
  • Attend business and professional development meetings, and contribute to community partnerships with external stakeholders
Requirements
  • General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (with mental health accreditation), AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker registration, or Social Worker with eligibility to apply to the AASW
  • Knowledge and experience in the provision of clinical mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions
  • Proven judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating a working understanding of assessment and care planning
