Job Overview

The AI Deployment Manager will oversee the deployment of AI prototypes into production, ensuring seamless collaboration among development, QA, infrastructure, and editorial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of AI prototype deployment across all teams for smooth, timely releases.
  • Management of cross-functional coordination to guarantee on-time delivery of AI tools.
  • Development of strategic roadmaps for enhancing and scaling live AI applications.
  • Identification of opportunities for improved quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness through testing against emerging AI models.
  • Analysis of user feedback to prioritize fixes, refinements, and new features.
  • Collaboration with Prompt Engineers and QA to refine datasets for ongoing model optimization.
  • Guarantee of maximum uptime and performance of AI applications.
  • Primary point of contact for any production tool issues, bugs, or outages.
  • Establishment of key performance indicators and utilization of performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • Technically-minded product manager who thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Practical understanding of the modern AI/ML landscape, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience utilizing analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills enabling clear interaction with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
