We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve tangible business value through the effective deployment of Generative AI applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior customer stakeholders to identify high-value applications of GenAI and building comprehensive backlogs to support their AI roadmap.
- Intervening directly to accelerate customer time to value through hands-on prototype development and strategic guidance.
- Forging and managing relationships with customers' leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scale of their applications.
Successful candidates will have:
- 6+ years of technical consulting experience, bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills, able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
- Leadership experience in complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
- Problem-solving skills, owning problems end-to-end and being willing to pick up missing knowledge.
- A humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and a desire to make the team succeed.
