Lead Enterprise AI Deployments in the APAC Region

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Implementation to spearhead the delivery and implementation of our cutting-edge Agentic and Conversational AI solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Serve as the senior technical leader responsible for managing executive-level client relationships and overseeing the execution of regional projects, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards, deadlines, and client success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, mentor, and scale the APAC Solutions Engineering team, emphasizing technical excellence and innovative client solutions.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of customer needs with product roadmap priorities.
  • Define and implement delivery governance frameworks, including risk management, escalation protocols, and continuous process improvements for consistent, repeatable outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently across internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of experience leading delivery, solutions engineering, or implementation teams within enterprise software, AI platforms, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships and leading complex, high-value deployments across financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, enterprise integration patterns, and agent orchestration.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable deployments, with fluency in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data security.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional execution.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, digital transformation, and regulatory environments across the APAC region.
  • Experience working with conversational AI platforms and specifically agentic AI platforms or building intelligent AI agents in production environments.
