About the Role

As a Senior Account Delivery Manager at NEC IT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the delivery and performance of IT Network Services for a government client. You will be the primary liaison between the customer and NEC, ensuring the overall delivery and performance of our services.

About You

  • Extensive experience leading and managing technical teams in an IT managed services environment.
  • Strong experience in relationship management, working collaboratively with enterprise customers.
  • Previous experience in IT network infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to lead teams in troubleshooting and quickly resolving delivery issues.
  • Experience in providing support, supervising staff, and mentoring in tech support and service delivery.
  • Ensure customer infrastructure and services meet predefined SLAs and are fully operational.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery.
  • Manage change initiatives to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Facilitate meetings to enhance team performance, service, and product quality.
  • Control finances, including accurate forecasting and budget management.
  • Communicate efficiently and accurately with the Account Manager.
  • Research and implement best practices, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • ITIL Service Delivery
  • Degree in Business or Management
