Clear Company is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to drive strategic insights, influence key decisions, and partner with stakeholders across a complex business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial analysis and drive performance.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning support.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and commentary.
  • Contribute to commercial projects, pricing strategies, and investment evaluations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • FMCG or Retail experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a genuinely commercial role covering performance insights and business planning and budgeting.
  • Previous experience working in a complex FP&A organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide value-adding commercial and business advice to senior management.
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions.
  • Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating across functional teams to achieve alignment and shared understanding.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce or business, with accounting or finance majors.
  • Hold a CA or CPA qualification.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
