Job Role

The Policy Validation Analyst is responsible for providing advice and support to customer service teams when dealing with suspected fraud cases.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in detecting and preventing application fraud and the ability to identify risks associated with these areas.

Key responsibilities include working with internal and external intelligence to detect and prevent fraud, collaborating with industry peers, counter fraud bodies, and law enforcement agencies, as well as attending industry conferences and events to build relationships.

This role requires strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage your workload and diary effectively, and a willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.

You will also be expected to build relationships at all levels, manage stakeholder relationships, and take responsibility for maintaining your own development through attending industry conferences, courses, and professional qualifications.
