**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Governance Partner to support the delivery of the Governance Framework and establish governance discipline within enterprise systems and functions.

The Governance Partner will ensure that legislation, regulations, policy, audits, and executive actions are adequately governed at an enterprise level, providing assurance of controls and treatments across the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Support the development and implementation of the Governance Framework
  • Establish and maintain a risk management framework that ensures the effective governance of risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address compliance issues
  • Provide regular reports on governance activities and outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of risk and governance principles
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills
  • Tertiary qualification or practical experience in governance, risk, or related field
