We seek a skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll system design, configuration, testing, and implementation, as well as the ability to recommend solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and flexibility to adapt scope as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of payroll system design and configuration to ensure smooth operations.
- Recommend solutions based on client needs, project timelines, and available resources.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and business needs.
- Support clients through all project phases, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to new payroll systems.
- Perform tasks under limited supervision, keeping clients and project team informed of progress.
- Collaborate with the integration team to configure and test integrations with payroll providers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Experience in payroll system implementation preferred.
