Job Title: Payroll System Specialist

The role of a Payroll System Specialist is to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex intersystem problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of payroll design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Apply expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements, timeframes, and flexibility to adapt scope as needs evolve.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all project phases, ensuring smooth transitions.
