**The Role**
**The Responsibilities**
- Process comprehensive monthly payroll using a cloud-based system.
- Ensure payroll compliance with internal policies and relevant legal standards.
- Manage payroll queries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct detailed reconciliations and handle payroll-related payments accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes and systems.
- Engage in special projects, including system implementation and employee training.
**About You**
- 2+ years' experience in large-scale Australian payroll processing and a solid understanding of legislation.
- Experience with global payroll and cloud-based payroll systems, including NetSuite and WorkDay preferred.
- Proficient in General Ledger and payroll accounting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- A proactive team player who contributes to a high-performance culture.
