Job Title: Sustainability Analyst

AusNet is shaping Australia's cleaner energy future. The company requires a key team member to deliver insights and analysis that inform sustainability priorities, regulatory obligations, and reporting.

About the Role:
  • This role presents an opportunity to drive strategic impact with data-led insights that influence senior decision-makers.
  • As a champion of climate action, you will shape AusNet's sustainability systems and performance, delivering audit-ready climate accounts for NGERs and ASRS S2.
  • Key responsibilities include developing AusNet's first Scope 3 emissions inventory, calibrating and managing a new climate data system and dashboard, and leading internal and external climate data audits and assurance processes.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, passionate about sustainability, asking smart questions, simplifying complexity, and continuously testing and learning. A strong educational background in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or equivalent, or relevant work experience, is required.
