About the Role

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Yooralla, Victoria's most established and recognised disability service provider. This rewarding role will support adults with disability to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living and personal care needs, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  • Accompany clients on outings, shopping, appointments, and social activities.
  • Work towards client goals and support them in engaging in meaningful opportunities and relationships.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Availability to work 2-4 days per week.
  • Experience supporting clients with epilepsy and/or asthma.
  • Good communication skills and English literacy to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
