Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Education Project Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring strategic projects related to key functions of the Institute of Trauma and Injury Management (ITIM).

The role involves providing leadership in the adoption of evidence-based practice within Trauma Services Networks and in Local Health Districts/ Specialty Health Networks across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and monitoring strategic projects.
  • Providing leadership in the adoption of evidence-based practice.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects within specified timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health discipline.
  • Recent extensive experience in a senior trauma or critical care role.
  • Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of the trauma system.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project management from design to implementation and evaluation.
