Healthcare Transformation Leader

About the Role

This key leadership position will lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Improvement Academy, working closely with senior leaders to expand its reach and influence both domestically and internationally.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the Academy's reach nationally and internationally.
  • Design and deliver innovative training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Lead the development of virtual learning, eLearning, podcasts, and face-to-face workshops.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Negotiate custom solutions with healthcare organisations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven evaluation and feedback.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses:

  • Proven leadership in healthcare education, quality improvement, or patient safety.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualification in a health-related discipline, quality & safety or quality improvement.
  • Experience in developing mixed method education programs (virtual and face to face) to healthcare professionals.
  • Digital education skills including understanding of Learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality programs in hospitals and healthcare services.
  • Strategic Planning for an education program.
  • Project management to deliver on time and on budget.
