The role of a Strategic Business Growth Coordinator is pivotal in enabling business success. This position requires strong project management skills and results orientation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain tight deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis coordinator will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to:
- Identify and resolve Operational Risk Events
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, execute remediation plans, and implement regulatory changes
- Establish systems and procedures to enforce AML/KYC regulations
- Ensure compliance policies are adhered to across the Onboarding process
- Manage and resolve compliance gaps
- Implement projects to improve Process and activation
