Property Portfolio Manager

The role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless management and administration tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication
  • Proactively address rental arrears to minimize losses
  • Complete thorough condition reports for ingoing and outgoing premises
  • Work collaboratively towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Responsibilities do not include accounts or leasing functions
  • Flexible working hours available Monday to Friday
  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • A Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license are necessary requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are highly valued
  • Motivated self-starters who can work effectively in a team environment are preferred
