Site Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our residential and commercial properties. As Site Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality facilities and performing tasks that support our community building mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual operations plans to drive improvement and growth.
  • Take pride in spaces, relationships, facilities, and operations by demonstrating stewardship and commitment to excellence.
  • E nsure the safe, responsive operation of all our properties, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Foster strong communication with staff, tenants, and stakeholders through intentional, attentive, and professional interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or construction management.
  • Three to five years' experience in a management role, preferably in facility operations or maintenance.
  • Valid and up-to-date certifications in CPR/First Aid, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Criminal Record Check.
  • Experience in budget development, strategic planning, and financial management.
  • Effectiveness in construction safety and productivity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace regulations, ordinances, and legislation.
Work Environment:
  • Availability to respond to emergency situations 24/7/365.
  • Frequent travel to multiple sites.
  • Use of safety equipment required for work.
  • Exposure to hazards associated with the trade.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Occasional exposure to construction sites, which may be loud at times.
