Job Role

Savills Australia & New Zealand seeks a skilled Facilities Manager to lead the facilities management of a prime commercial asset.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational processes.

About The Position
  • Supervise and monitor all facilities operations
  • Familiarity and monitoring of correct operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services and other systems
  • Compliance with relevant legislation and organisational procedures

This role requires a strategic approach to problem solving and excellent time management and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be able to provide clear and concise written recommendations on capital replacements or upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in facilities management role
  • Experience across retail or commercial assets favourable
  • Strong tenant focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will also be able to assist the property manager in preparing the annual operating expense and capital expenditure budgets.
