- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering occupational rehabilitation and prevention services
- Drive innovation in service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and modeling to maximise outcomes
- Influence stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners
- Ensure SIRA compliance, ISO accreditation, and delivery of evidence-based models
- Inspire leaders and consultants to achieve ambitious KPIs & return-to-work outcomes
- Champion growth strategies including tender submissions, new service lines, and grants
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation in a dynamic environment. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, health sciences)
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience
- Strong knowledge of occupational health services and regulations
