Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our clinical operations. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of our clinical and care programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership across home and community care programs/services.
  • Ensure compliance and effective implementation of reforms across SaH and CHSP.
  • Oversee workflows, conduct gap analyses, and manage implementation workplans.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams aligned with aged care reforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline.
  • Current registration with AHPRA (e.g. RN, Allied Health).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Health Management, Aged Care, or Clinical Governance (desirable).
  • 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in clinical operations, aged care, community care, or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in clinical governance, audits, and risk management.
