As our top legal leader, you'll drive the organization's strategy and team. You will oversee internal and external advisors to deliver practical and commercially astute advice.

The Role

You will report to a senior executive and work closely with the board, leadership team, and senior leaders. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing legal team and building future capability and talent.
  • Overseeing effective management of litigation, disputes, and external counsel.
  • Providing expert advice on complex legal and regulatory matters across the organization.
  • Creating practical frameworks, policies, and training to strengthen organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Proven legal leadership experience at an executive-level.
  • Strong track record in governance and compliance.
  • Skilled in managing disputes and external advisors.
  • Ability to build capability and influence senior leaders.
