About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our client's successful national B2B technology distribution company. As a seasoned executive, you will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers, and providing strategic direction to capitalize on emerging market and technology product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in B2B channel sales and technology distribution to drive revenue expansion.
  • Develop and implement a vision for the company's future, aligning with the owners' goals and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and innovation.
  • Oversee the company's operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a CEO, COO, or GM role, with a proven track record of leading significant business growth.
  • Experience working in a B2B channel sales business, either as a technology distributor or retailer.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI, and the technology market landscape.
