We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all plant and equipment runs as effectively and efficiently as possible, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair plant and equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  • Liaise with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement new equipment installations.
Requirements
  • Trades qualification (ONC or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Experience in food production or similar environment is beneficial.
  • Practical experience of maintaining conveyors, packing machines, and food processing equipment is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
