Product Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop and execute our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. As a founding member of our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of the company and drive clinical efficacy, scalability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand customer pain points and develop a product strategy to address them
  • Collaborate with our clinical advisory team, content developers, designers, and technology team to ensure alignment and progress
  • Actively use data to inform product decisions and challenge existing mental models
  • Prioritize features and goals, balancing short-term and long-term trade-offs
  • Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and create wireframes
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of achieving success and growth
  • Experience in defining product requirements by gathering user needs and feedback
  • Curiosity, autonomy, and analytical skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organisational, and leadership skills
