Production Director

This dynamic company is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead its production and sourcing arm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask to meet tight deadlines.
The Production Manager will report directly to the GM Supply Chain and be responsible for overseeing the brand's sourcing strategy, exploring new sourcing hubs outside of China, and managing a team of two Coordinators to deliver quality and improved critical path management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sourcing strategy to drive quality and cost savings
- Manage critical path and assessment to ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and QA teams
- Drive gross margin enhancement through innovative supply chain solutions
- End-to-end management of logistics and manufacture, focusing on reducing freight costs and delivery times
- Vendor base management and team leadership
- Garment production management to meet quality standards and delivery schedules
- Costings and profit margin management
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and team building capabilities
- Experience in menswear and supply chain management
- Highly driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Strategic and visionary thinking
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production development and managing all factories and supplier relations.
