**Key Responsibilities:**

* Take ownership of creative, artistic, and cultural trends and use them in a manner relevant to the brief, the brand, and its users.
* Generate original, fresh, and innovative ideas in partnership with a copywriter to develop and execute creative ideas that meet the client brief and exceed expectations.
* Direct all aspects of art on a brand, taking into account the brand and its users, and exploit opportunities for high creative output.
* Develop and execute ideas across communication channels, formats, and multiple touch points, ensuring visual consistency, quality, freshness, and alignment.
* Work jointly with a copywriter to ensure correct briefing of production companies, directors, and other partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Direct and supervise suppliers and internal studio on all print and production work and take responsibility with a copywriter for the quality of finished work across mediums.
* Participate and collaborate with account teams on new business pitches and strengthen client relationships by attending client meetings as required, with a view to increase sales and brand building.
* Contribute to thought leadership and inspire professional development within the team.

**Qualifications and Characteristics:**

* At least 3 years of experience
* A portfolio of creative work that showcases outstanding campaigns and projects of varying nature
* Abreast with the latest advertising and creative trends, techniques, and new developments
* Commercial skills to understand client business and industry contexts
* Strong presentation and objection handling skills
