Key Leasing Expertise

Senior Lease Administrator is a critical role within Property Management. This position requires comprehensive lease administration for strategic office/industrial portfolios, focusing on compliance, clauses, outgoings, and tenancy requirements.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Manage high-profile office and industrial leases with meticulous attention to detail
  • Review tenant information, including billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing, and rent reviews
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow up on arrears when necessary
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on tenancy lease incentives and administer related components
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss lease setups and ensure all information is recorded in the system
  • Conduct thorough tenant account reconciliations
The Ideal Candidate
  • Familiarity with office or industrial leases, lease clauses, outgoings, licenses, and property documentation is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships in a client-facing capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a lease administration position is preferred but not essential
