About the Team and Position

You will join the US and Rest of World TAX Product Management team, driving strategy and execution for Xero's Tax experiences globally.

As part of a passionate global group of Product Managers, you will lead a dedicated cross-functional team to solve complex problems for our customers.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in Xero products: Understand how they fit into Xero's grand strategy and future.
  • Be a customer advocate: Dive deep into customer needs through research and insights to shape our product roadmap.
  • Craft innovative solutions: Define problems and test solutions, always with the support of your team.
  • Build strong relationships: Collaborate effectively across product functions and with cross-functional peers in engineering and design.
  • Drive product strategy: Play an active role in developing our product line strategy, including securing resources.
  • Manage the product journey: Monitor commercial and customer results, continually identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your Background
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve customer/commercial outcomes.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and long-term planning.
  • Understanding of the SaaS / Fintech / Accounting industry and/or adjacent sectors relevant to Xero.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading a cross-functional team to deliver customer/business outcomes.
