Gifts in Wills Marketing Coordinator Role Overview

This role plays a key part in the Gifts in Wills program, coordinating all direct marketing activities to retain and acquire gifts in Wills supporters. The Gifts in Wills Marketing Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and achieve targets.

About the Job

The Gifts in Wills Marketing Coordinator is responsible for stewarding, retaining, and acquiring gifts in Wills supporters through various channels, including print, digital, and other communications. This includes managing communications and events for confirmed gifts in Wills supporters to provide them with the highest level of stewardship and donor care.

  • Coordinating all direct marketing activities related to the Gifts in Wills program
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and achieve targets

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns to retain and acquire gifts in Wills supporters
  2. Manage relationships with existing donors and prospects to secure gifts in Wills
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of Gifts in Wills program goals
  4. Monitor and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
