About the Role
  • Develop practical solutions for various project scenarios.
  • Oversee project planning and approvals, guiding projects through their initial stages.
  • Manage the full delivery, control, and closure of all approved projects.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on the capital plan, ensuring financial health and transparency.
Requirements
  • An Engineering degree qualification, preferably in mechanical, electrical or Structural/Civil engineering.
  • Post Graduate Business or project management studies are favourable.
  • Previous experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry is ideal.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders through various techniques.
  • A business improvement and customer focus perspective, as well as an appreciation of engineering alliance relationship structures.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
