About the Position:- Provide exceptional support to members, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need in times of crisis.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate emergency and non-emergency requests from members
- Collaborate with Nurses and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and outcomes
- Experience working in a complex high-pressure environment, preferably in operations or inbound call centres
- Superior English communication skills, with fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in culturally and linguistically diverse communities, with experience in crisis environments a significant advantage
