Job Description

The Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory reforms related to crisis preparedness.

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance crisis preparedness capabilities. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing regulatory reforms, embedding these into business practices, and understanding how crisis preparedness integrates with risk management and contingency planning.

You will own specific projects, present to senior stakeholders, and manage delivery from start to finish. You'll also engage with regulatory bodies on crisis preparedness matters and analyze complex issues to support senior leadership decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in risk management, legal, treasury, or compliance roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Deep understanding of financial risk management and applicable regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with high-profile projects.
