The Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team focuses on regulatory reform related to crisis preparedness, ensuring compliance with CPS 190, CPS 900, and APS 910 (Recovery and Exit Planning, Resolution Planning, and the Financial Claims Scheme).
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, enhancing crisis preparedness capabilities. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing regulatory reforms, embedding these into business practices, and understanding how crisis preparedness integrates with risk management and contingency planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in financial services, preferably in risk management, legal, treasury, or compliance roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Deep understanding of financial risk management and applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with high-profile projects.
