Customer Experience Technician Role

This entry-level position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by providing high-quality appliance repair services.

Candidates with electrical licenses or equivalent experience are preferred, but not required. A strong communication skillset and proficiency in PC applications are essential for this role.

The Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering premium customer experiences and possess a self-motivated, friendly approachable nature.

  • Repair and test appliances to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through training sessions and service manuals
  • Manage van stock of spare parts inventory
