About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Manager TAFE Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Coordinators to ensure that learning and campus operations meet high levels of performance and excellence.
This is a temporary full-time position for 12 months, based at the Griffith campus, with oversight of other campus locations. The successful candidate will have experience in stakeholder engagement, customer relations, and leadership, with a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a track record of achievement in a similar capacity, with experience in a large organisation. You will be a hands-on individual with a high level of initiative and professionalism, able to work flexibly and autonomously in a dynamic environment. Your ability to lead a dynamic team who share your passion for education and the values of TAFE NSW will be essential.
You will have experience in operations, managing competing priorities, and multitasking to achieve business outcomes. Additionally, you will possess a degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience.

Key Responsibilities
As the Manager of TAFE Services, your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing a team of Coordinators to deliver high-quality learning and campus operations
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and engagement
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive positive change and achieve business outcomes
• Managing competing priorities and multitasking to achieve operational excellence
