The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Regional Operations to lead and manage a team of Coordinators at assigned regional sites. As a key member of our corporate support team, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of performance and excellence in customer experience.

This temporary full-time role is based at the Griffith campus and will oversee other campus locations, including Hay, Narrandera, and Leeton. With a focus on building trusted relationships and driving positive change, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and communities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a track record of achievement in a similar position, gained experience in a large organisation, and a passion for stakeholder engagement. You will be a hands-on individual with a high level of initiative and professionalism, able to work flexibly and autonomously in a dynamic environment.

With demonstrated experience in leadership, operations, and multitasking, you will be well-equipped to manage competing priorities and achieve business outcomes. Your ability to influence, engage, and work collaboratively with others will be essential in embedding customer-centric principles in operations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relations with the ability to lead a high-performing team and influence others
