Aurex Group is seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Director to oversee and optimize soft services operations across multiple states in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of professionals, fostering a positive work culture, and providing mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Implement best practices and continuously improve processes to optimize service delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Regularly engage with clients to evaluate their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for soft services operations. Optimize resource allocation, control costs, and explore opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present them to senior management.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing soft services operations across multiple states or regions is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
