Job Opportunity

The provision of corporate services to the government is a critical function provided by the Department under a centralized model.

Workforce Management is one of the key services offering support across various areas including Employee Relations, Performance and Conduct, Recruitment, Injury Management and General HR Support.

As a Senior Officer in Workforce Management, your primary focus will be on providing expert advice and assistance on workforce management issues to client agencies.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking case management such as return to work and injury management, conduct, complaints, inability and performance management.

You will also prepare submissions and reports for delegates, establish and nurture partnerships with clients, HR providers, and other stakeholders.

Success in this role depends on demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR case management.

Essential skills include high-level communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels.
