Program Governance Opportunity

The Australian Submarine Corporation is seeking a Program Governance Lead to coordinate and support the Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) Reporting Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks across MCS programs
  • Provide accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate governance committees and manage decision/action registers
  • Engage stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration
  • Maintain governance calendars and documentation
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
Eligible Candidates
  • Proven leadership and governance experience
  • Strong understanding of program delivery methodologies
  • Excellent administrative and reporting skills
  • Ability to lead without micromanaging and act autonomously
  • Experience managing teams and acting in higher duties
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
