About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic programs. As Program Governance Lead, you will coordinate and support the Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) Reporting Team to drive program management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement governance frameworks across MCS programs to promote consistent and efficient program delivery.
  • Develop and deliver accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management practices.
  • Facilitate governance committees, manage decision/action registers, and maintain governance calendars and documentation.
  • Engage stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and governance experience with a strong understanding of program delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent administrative and reporting skills with the ability to lead without micromanaging.
  • Able to act autonomously and work collaboratively as part of a team.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
