As a Quality System Specialist

You will support the Quality Manager within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) across a range of quality, risk, assurance, compliance, and training activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting audits and investigations
  • Supporting risk and occurrence management
  • Contributing to safety and quality reporting
  • Developing training content and competency frameworks

You'll take a system- and data-driven approach to identify and address safety, quality, and compliance risks, working closely with managers and teams across the organisation.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in aviation, engineering, safety, or related field
  • Qualification in Quality Management Systems, minimum required to gain certification as a lead auditor
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Minimum 2 years experience in quality and safety management
  • Sound knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness

Favorable skills include:

  • Experience in an airline environment – safety, engineering, maintenance, or operations
  • Highly proficient in PowerBi and Excel for data analysis
  • Strong ability to communicate complex issues and reports to Executive-level stakeholders
