Flight Experience Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the development of our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Support: Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk and occurrence, contributing to safety and quality reporting.
  • Training Development: Develop training content and competency frameworks to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree or equivalent qualification in aviation, engineering, safety, or related field.
  • Quality Certification: Qualification in Quality Management Systems, minimum required to gain certification as a lead auditor.
  • Certificate IV: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in quality and safety management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Sound knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness.
  • Airline Experience: Experience in an airline environment – safety, engineering, maintenance, or operations.
  • Investigation Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct quality audits and investigations.
