This permanent full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for drafting, assessing, and negotiating modifications to property contracts and client services.
You will efficiently manage documentation, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues related to property contracts, real estate projects, and agency services. Additionally, you will handle paperwork associated with real estate contracts, marketing programs, and agency projects.
Key responsibilities include coordinating weekend open inspections for listed properties, liaising with the property management team, tenants, and stakeholders to schedule routine property inspections, and assisting management in rostering staff members for each inspection and open house event.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma in a relevant field or higher qualification in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- The right to work in Australia
- Good English skills
- Team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
