We are seeking a Gaming Risk Specialist to join our team at Tabcorp, Australia's leading gambling entertainment company.

About the Role

This is a key role within our responsible gaming function, responsible for executing business controls across wagering and media. The successful candidate will work closely with wagering and media risk teams and central responsible gaming risk team to ensure that responsible gaming strategy and plan is executed across the wagering business.

This role requires initiative, independence, and adaptability, as well as empathy for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executing processes and controls around marketing and promotions, self-exclusion, complaints, customer monitoring, and outbound contact to potential problem gamblers.
  2. Working closely with wagering and media risk teams and central responsible gaming risk team to execute responsible gaming strategy and plan.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a highly regulated business and/or industry with knowledge of various legislation (Responsible Gambling, AML/CTF, Privacy etc.).
  • Entry level experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, consulting, or process improvement within a medium to large size corporate organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
