As a Concierge Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and assist our guests upon arrival.
  • Carry luggage and provide valet parking services.
  • Explain hotel facilities and maintain cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
  • Provide tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
  • Promote loyalty programs.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling opportunities.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
